Your Responsibilities
1. You manage technical change requests from initiation to full implementation in production, ensuring compliance with global processes
2. You coordinate with all impacted departments, act as key contact for modification matters, and lead technical validation meetings
3. You update and integrate data into ERP and related tools, while ensuring quality, traceability, and reporting on progress
4. You plan and introduce modifications into production, oversee rework, stock optimization, destruction processes, and system requirements
5. You provide impact analyses and recommendations to support decision-making (including “Make or Buy”), cost reduction, and standardization initiatives
6. You contribute to prototype engine development, BOM/component management strategies, and continuous improvement
7. You apply workplace safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
Your Profile
8. You hold a technical background as technician, production engineer or similar
9. You have relevant experience in a similar industrial role; knowledge of combustion engines is a plus
10. You have strong experience with ERP systems and PLM; familiarity with Windchill is considered a plus
11. You are familiar with project management tools and methodologies
12. You work effectively in a team, communicate with ease, and apply a structured, analytical approach
13. You handle stress and pressure, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement
14. You are fluent in English and French
