Responsibilities
* Manage construction projects from start to completion as a project director.
* Oversee cost planning, tender processes, and award monitoring.
* Collaborate with the project team to optimise workflows, establish schedules, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with contractual conditions.
* Coordinate and supervise site management activities.
Qualifications
* Certificate of studies in architecture (HES), building draftsman, or ES technician.
* Extensive experience in construction management, including site management in Switzerland.
* Knowledge of tender processes and financial organization of construction sites.
* Organisational skills and structured, reliable working methods.
* Versatile, flexible personality with strong analytical reflection.
* Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
