Our mission is simple: to ensure happy and healthy patients, successful clinicians, and passionate partners through the least invasive and clinically proven treatments.MISSIONAs Quality Control Group Leader, you will lead the Quality Control team within the Quality department, ensuring the effective execution of product quality controls in compliance with EMS standards and regulatory requirements.You will play a key role in supporting product release, supplier quality activities, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring strong collaboration across departments and alignment with global quality objectives.TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESLead, coach, and develop the Quality Control team to ensure high performance and expertiseDefine team objectives, priorities, and workload allocationEnsure appropriate training and development of team membersFoster a collaborative, results-oriented, and continuous improvement mindsetQuality Control OperationsEnsure the execution of incoming, in-process, and final product inspectionsGuarantee compliance with internal procedures and applicable quality standardsOversee product release activities and ensure required documentation is complete and compliantManage quarantine processes and quality control stockSupplier Quality & External InterfacesManage supplier quality control activities, including inspection and follow-upSupport and monitor supplier quality processes (AQP)Ensure proper handling of supplier non-conformities at incoming inspectionPerformance & Continuous ImprovementDefine and monitor KPIs related to Quality Control activitiesAnalyze performance and implement improvement actions to optimize processesDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across departmentsCross-functional Collaboration & ReportingEnsure effective communication with Production, Supply Chain, R&D, and other stakeholdersSupport internal and external auditsReport relevant quality data, risks, and performance to the Head of QualityContribute to budget follow-up and resource planningEDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLSDegree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field5–10 years of experience in Quality Control within a regulated environment (medical device is a plus)Proven experience in team managementStrong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 13485)Good understanding of quality control methods and toolsAbility to read and interpret technical documentationExperience with supplier quality is an advantageStrong leadership and organizational skillsAnalytical mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approachAbility to collaborate effectively across teamsFluent in French and professional level in English
