Job Description
Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will oversee HR operations across an international scope:
Manage and oversee payroll operations across approximately 10 countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead compensation topics and coordinate the remuneration committee
Drive the management and optimization of the HRIS
Supervise and support a small HR team
Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee management, offboarding)
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in international HR operations
Strong expertise in multi-country payroll and HR administration
Good command of HRIS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Strong leadership and service-oriented mindset
