Main Responsibilities
* Recruit and develop key targeted Enterprise Channel Partners
* Promote Huawei’s Enterprise products and value proposition to grow partner share
* Develop partner business and marketing plans with regular management reviews
* Work with partners to embed Huawei Enterprise portfolio in vertical market solutions
* Serve as trusted advisor and SPOC to demonstrate preference for the Huawei product portfolio
* Be the main contact to provide high quality support to all aspects of the partners’ business
* Co-ordinate & lead strategy & product sales presentations
* Work closely with high touch sales team to ensure full understanding of partner capability and solutions
Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in channel management
* Proven strong sales experience within ICT environment
* Extensive and active network within the Channel Market (C-Level)
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Self-Starter, strong business acumen and analytical/ forecasting skills
* High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
* Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
* Fluent in German and English, French would be an asset
