 
        
        As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships and ensure smooth management of their banking, administrative, and legal structures. You will act as a trusted partner, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
 * Manage and oversee client relationships independently across administrative, banking, and legal matters.
 * Monitor cash flows, maturities, and transactions, ensuring liquidity planning and accurate reporting.
 * Execute the full investment lifecycle for Private Equity and Hedge Fund commitments, from subscriptions to capital calls and distributions, coordinating with fund managers, custodians, and advisors.
 * Maintain and update loan schedules, corporate records, and organizational charts.
 * Onboard new clients, including KYC collection, contract preparation, and bank account openings with custodians.
 * Handle updates, changes, and closures of banking relationships.
 * Collaborate closely with service providers, trustees, lawyers, and banks to ensure seamless operations.
 * Support and deputize the Head of Client Management Team, including contribution to projects and process improvements.
 * Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (AML, Cross-Border, Code of Conduct).
 * Drive efficiency and foster strong cooperation across departments and stakeholders.
Your Profile
 * Proven experience in client administration / account management within Swiss banking.
 * Knowledge of Trust Business is an advantage.
 * Proficient in MS Office, with excellent organizational and execution skills.
 * Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
 * Strong service orientation, flexibility, and entrepreneurial mindset.
 * Structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
