About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Geneva. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire top IT talent. You will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate’s experience in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies
Proactively source candidates using various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Conduct interviews and provide structured evaluations and recommendations
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing and campus recruiting
Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes and efficiency
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies

Your Profile
Academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline
Between 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an in-house environment
Strong background in recruiting for the Swiss IT market and technical roles
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities
Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment strategies
Fluent in English and French (verbally and written); German is a plus
