Within our HR Team, the Talent Development & Acquisition Team, we are looking for a
Digital Learning Designer
to support the development of digital learning content for our Client Facing Employees
This is a temporary 3-month contract ideal for someone with a solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and hands-on experience creating engaging learning videos.
YOUR ROLE
* Produce high-quality digital learning videos using Synthesia and Articulate 360 (Rise or Storyline) and Easygenerator
* Work from provided scripts to design and produce video content aligned with learning objectives.
* Upload and organize content within the LMS/LXP, ensuring consistency and user-friendly navigation.
* Collaborate with project subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
* Ensure content follows brand guidelines and standards.
YOUR PROFILE
* Content Production:
Ability to produce engaging, learner-friendly video content and e-learning based on provided scripts.
* Platform Awareness:
Understanding of how content is structured, hosted, and delivered within a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
* Digital Design Mindset:
Able to follow brand guidelines and apply basic visual and instructional design principles to ensure a consistent learner experience.
* Attention to Detail:
Strong eye for layout, quality assurance, and ensuring content accuracy across formats.
* Time Management:
Able to deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines and manage multiple content pieces in parallel.
* Collaboration:
Comfortable working with subject matter experts, and project teams to bring content to life.
* Adaptability:
Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly when requirements or priorities shift.
TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT
* LMS/LXP knowledge (ideally Cornerstone)
* Confident using
Synthesia
to create AI-generated video content.
* Skilled in using
Articulate 360
(Rise and/or Storyline) to develop interactive learning modules.
* Knowledge of Easygenerator is a plus.
