We support the full journey — from early-stage concept development through scale-up and successful market launch.
Reporting tothe Operational Marketing organizationinEurope, you willbe responsible fordrivingregional projects, supporting fast-paced growth activities to meet challenging market timelines.
We are looking for someone who is open to working in ahybrid setup, remote and in-presencewith flexibility based on the business needs.Primary location for this position isBadSäckingen, Germany,with anadditionaloption to work also from our TechnologyCenterin Basel, Switzerland, from our office in Krakow, Polandand from our production site ofMonthey, Switzerland.

Role Responsibilities:
AsanJunior Project Manager – Regional Growth Projects, you will:
1. Lead and manage regional growth projects with a typical duration of 6 to 12 months, ensuring successful execution frominitialplanning through to final closure.
2. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams — including R&D, product management, process development, and manufacturing — across multiple European sites to drive project success.
3. Translate strategic business opportunities into structured, actionable project plans with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
4. Track andmonitorproject progress using internal tools and platforms such as Microsoft Planner, OneNote, and Teams, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Ensuretimelyand effective execution, proactively adapting plans in response to evolving priorities, risks, or market dynamics.
6. Apply project management methodologies, primarily waterfall and occasionally agile, whileleveragingbest practices and frameworks (PMP certification is preferred).
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders atdifferentlevelsof the organization, ensuring alignment, visibility, and engagement throughout the project.
8. Evaluate and report on project outcomes using financial tools such as NPVandROI to support data-driven decision-making.
Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for candidates with drive, excellent communicationskillsand a solution-focused approach.
What we are looking for:
9. A Master of Science degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) isrequired, with a strong preference for engineering disciplines such as chemical, mechanical, process, or materials engineering. A PhDwithinitialexposure to businessactivitiesis also highly valued and considered a strong asset, particularly for roles involving advanced technical innovation or research.
10. Minimum about 2 years’ experiencein project management or innovation roles, or a PhD developed in a project environment close to industrial R&D
11. Proven ability to lead and deliver cross-functional projects independently
12. Prior experience in the chemical industryis considered a nice-to-have
13. Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills
14. Demonstrated drive and ownership mindset — you know how to push a project forward
15. Familiarity with financial evaluation tools (e.g., NPV, contribution margin)
16. PMP certification orequivalent project managementtraining (preferred but not mandatory)
