German‑speaking part of Switzerland – Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics.
Objectives of the Position
* Advising your clients before, during and after procedures in the orthopaedics / joint reconstruction clinic.
* Logistical coordination of interventions.
* Organisation and implementation of further training events (workshops, customer training) for clinical staff and medical professionals.
* Build long‑term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision‑makers.
* Optimize inventory management and increase logistical efficiency.
Your Profile
* Completed training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) – not a must but an advantage.
* A couple of years of experience in the medical and surgical environment.
* Solid and comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics.
* Strong service orientation and professional appearance.
* Distinctly customer‑focused mindset.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* High flexibility and willingness to travel in your region.
* Determination, self‑motivation and willingness to perform.
* Creativity and willingness to change.
* Independent, integrity, dynamic, resilient and entrepreneurial personality.
* German at native speaker level and good English skills.
* Sound MS Office skills.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
