Tasks
As a Operations Manager, you own and scale the digital backbone of Future Kitchens®. You translate strategy into systems, projects, and processes that help us grow efficiently and you own them. From HubSpot to delivery platforms, you make sure our tools, data, and digital channels work seamlessly for the team and our restaurant partners.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of tech, operations, and growth. You manage projects end to end, improve how we work digitally, and ensure data quality across all systems.
What you’ll do:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of HubSpot across Sales, Partner Success, and Operations
Design and optimize internal processes, workflows, and automations to increase efficiency
Ensure all online restaurants, menus, prices, and content are accurate and up to date across platforms such as Uber Eats, Just Eat and our own Webshop
You own the Pre-Onboarding Process for all new restaurant partners (setup of accounts at just Eat, Uber Eats, our internal tools, setup of menus, simple data entry)
Prepare and maintain weekly payout statements and reports for restaurant partners
Improve reporting tools and outputs for Partner Success Managers to better manage performance and quality
This role is critical to making Future Kitchens® scalable, data driven, and operationally excellent.
