As a senior individual contributor, the Director will define, lead, and execute
a comprehensive, multi year growth strategy focused on new customer acquisition,
market penetration, and portfolio expansion across the pharma, biotech, and med
tech sectors. The role will elevate Honeywell’s value propositions for key life
sciences stakeholders, empower sales teams through advanced methodologies, and
spearhead initiatives that strengthen Honeywell’s position in manufacturing,
quality, and digital transformation domains. With significant exposure to senior
