We’re looking for a Technical Project Lead for an exciting contract‑to‑permanent opportunity with a leading brand in Switzerland. This role gives you the chance to take technical ownership of critical M&E infrastructure and drive impactful projects across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
* Plan and coordinate new, conversion, and demolition projects for M&E infrastructure
* Manage external specialists and project budgets
* Optimize systems for stability, performance, and energy efficiency
* Support lifecycle planning and technical operations
What we’re looking for
* Background in electrical engineering or similar technical field
* Experience in ICT or building automation project management
* Fluent in German, French, and English
* Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)
* Independent, structured, solution‑oriented approach
