The Salesforce Product Owner for Service will drive ABB’s strategic Salesforce platform by owning the Service products and defining a clear global vision aligned with the ABB Way. This role ensures efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across business areas and divisions, creating a unified approach to product development through agile methodologies that foster innovation, reduce complexity, and minimize technical debt.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong collaboration with BPOs and key leaders to align priorities, manage demand, and ensure consistent solutions across divisions.
* Take end‑to‑end ownership of the Service product by establishing a global vision and strategy that aligns with organizational goals and focuses on business value generation.
* Champion the target process, ensure smooth execution and documentation, and involve cross‑functional teams when needed.
* Organize sprint planning, resolve priority conflicts, and motivate teams to deliver milestones on time.
* Advocate for Salesforce standard features and reusable solutions to reduce complexity and technical debt.
* Track KPIs, manage risks, and resolve prioritization conflicts to ensure successful product adoption and enhancements.
* Foster innovation (e.g., AI tools), manage budgets, and ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
* Work with the Comms, Change & Training Lead to ensure effective onboarding and adoption of new capabilities through a structured change management strategy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Systems, or Business Engineering (master’s degree preferred).
* 12–15 years of relevant professional experience, including 4–6 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within Salesforce Service or related domains.
* Scrum Product Owner, Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, and Field Service Consultant experience.
* Ability to align product vision with organizational goals using critical thinking and data‑driven insights.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams.
* Proven track record in managing projects end‑to‑end with a focus on execution and delivery.
* Clear, persuasive communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
