In this role, you will design, implement, and secure hybrid environments combining on-premises infrastructure with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. /p pYou will help our clients modernize their environments, adopt best practices in identity and data protection, and strengthen their compliance posture — across both technical and organizational dimensions. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDesign, deploy, and secure bMicrosoft hybrid infrastructures /b (on-premises AD, Exchange, File Servers, Azure AD, Microsoft 365). /li liImplement and maintain bZero Trust architectures /b across identities, endpoints, data, and applications. /li liConfigure and manage bAzure AD / Entra ID /b, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and identity synchronization (Entra Connect). /li liStrengthen bendpoint security and compliance /b through Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Security Baselines. /li liManage bExchange /b (on-premises and Online) environments, hybrid connectors, and mail flow protection. /li liSupport bcloud migration and modernization projects /b, ensuring hybrid coherence and security alignment. /li liHarden infrastructure and enforce bMicrosoft security best practices /b. /li liDevelop and maintain bPowerShell automation /b for security operations, reporting, and configuration management. /li liMonitor and investigate bsecurity events /b (Defender portals, audit logs, SIEM integration). /li libMinimum 5 years’ experience /b administering Microsoft on-premises and hybrid environments. /li liStrong expertise in bActive Directory, Exchange, File Servers /b, and bendpoint management /b (Intune, SCCM, WSUS). /li liProven experience with bMicrosoft 365 / Azure hybridation, Conditional Access, /b and bsecurity governance /b. /li liHands‑on experience with bPowerShell, Defender for Cloud / Endpoint /b, and bIntune Security Baselines /b. /li liSolid understanding of bZero Trust, Modern Authentication /b, and bData Protection /b. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 pbDomain /b bExpected Expertise /b /p pbIdentity Access Management /bActive Directory / Entra ID, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, RBAC, hybrid identity design. /p pbInfrastructure Hardening /b AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS; account/group management; Windows Server hardening and security policies. /p pbMessaging Collaboration /bExchange On-Prem and Online, hybrid configuration, mail security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), anti-phishing, migration from On-Prem to Online. /p pbEndpoint Security Compliance /b Intune, Defender for Endpoint, update management, compliance policies, MDM/MAM, device reporting, security baselines. /p pbAutomation Reporting /b Advanced PowerShell scripting for administration, compliance, and auditing. /p pbCloud Security Governance /b M365 governance, Secure Score, sensitivity labels, IP DLP, audit logs, Defender for Cloud integration. /p pbMonitoring Incident Response /b Microsoft 365 Defender portal, Sentinel or equivalent SIEM, alerts triage, investigation and troubleshooting. /p ul liSecurity-oriented mindset and analytical rigor. /li liAutonomy, attention to details, and a structured approach to documentation. /li liAbility to communicate clearly and explain technical concepts to both IT and business audiences. /li liCuriosity and enthusiasm for Modern Workplace, Cloud Security, and Microsoft ecosystem evolution. /li liGood command of technical English (spoken and written) and French; German is an asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
