Reporting Line: Head of Business Development (Program Manager)
Key Stakeholders: Program SteerCo (CEO, CFO, Co-Head Legal and Head of Business Development) and Board of Directors
The Strategic Program Coordinator is the operational "muscle" of the Corporate Strategy program. Working in lockstep with the Head of Business Development and the CEO, you will ensure strategic alignment and provide the SteerCo and Board with the visibility and control required to steer the program to success through rigorous project coordination and management.
What you can expect
1. Strategic Support & SteerCo Collaboration
* SteerCo Alignment: Facilitate weekly update meetings and prepare high-quality pre-reads/decision papers.
* Board Reporting: Support the SteerCo by preparing Board‑ready materials based on the content provided by the various Workstream Leads and third party advisors.
* Decision Logging: Maintain a formal log of all strategic decisions (and trade‑offs made at the SteerCo and Board level).
2. Operational & Administrative Management
1. Program Orchestration: Take full ownership of the program rhythm, including the end‑to‑end organization of SteerCo, Board Strategy updates, and Workstream check‑ins.
2. Executive Presentation Preparation: Draft and refine presentations for the SteerCo, ensuring complex strategic data is translated into clear, visual executive summaries.
3. Integrated Scheduling: Consolidate all internal and 3rd party tasks into a single Master Schedule, including legal/tax sub‑tasks by country.
4. Standardization: Own the "Hapimag Standard" for documentation, ensuring a consistent, board‑ready format across all workstreams.
5. Information Flow: Act as the "Air Traffic Controller," ensuring data flows seamlessly from working teams to the SteerCo.
6. Cost‑to‑Complete (CTC) Model: Enforce the "Quote-to-Commit" rule where no task starts without a formal fixed‑fee quote.
7. Budget Control: Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing Actual Spend vs. Committed Spend vs. Budget Estimates; proactively steer the budget to identify risks of overruns in advance and efficiently mitigate them together with the Workstream Leads.
