Job Description – Release & Change Manager – Zurich
Role Summary:
· Responsible for enabling beneficial changes into production environment with minimum disruption to IT services, assuring a release scheduling, coordination between parties, execution, and burn-in support.
Job Description:
· Own the release lifecycle incl. scheduling, coordination, execution, and burn-in support across the change portfolio. Releases cover changes to applications, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware and network upgrades
· Enable beneficial changes with minimum disruption to IT services
· Manage the end-to-end change process, authorizing and documenting all changes across the lifecycle to IT infrastructure and its components
· Facilitate service transition and service operation, driving strategic, tactical, operational, and emergency changes
· Collaborate closely with the engineering teams, IT Operations, and management
