Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our digital sales strategy in Switzerland.
* Lead and manage digital acquisition channels to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee campaign performance across paid media, social media, affiliates, and SEO to boost customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate daily deliverables from external agencies to ensure cost-effectiveness and strategic requirements.
* Develop role-specific KPIs for the digital team and equip them to take over operational responsibilities.
Team Onboarding and Development:
* Recruit and onboard a digital team, comprising a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Paid Media Manager, SEO Specialist, and Affiliates Specialist.
* Equip the team with the skills and knowledge to optimize digital touchpoints and enhance user experience.
Customer Journey Optimization:
* Evaluate and optimize the website customer journey to improve user experience and increase conversions.
* Benchmark against market competitors to implement best practices and improve digital touchpoints.
Agency Monitoring and Evaluation:
* Monitor and validate agency performance to ensure daily activities meet business goals and deliver value for spend.
* Provide actionable recommendations based on a thorough evaluation of alternative agencies.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
* Regularly analyze and report on digital acquisition performance metrics, including ROI and customer acquisition.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize campaign outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address issues promptly and align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
* Act as a key liaison between the organization and the agency to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven expertise in digital acquisition and sales within telecom or related industries.
* Ability to recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing digital teams.
* Experience optimizing website user experiences and conversion rates.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating agency performance and spend.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO platforms, affiliate networks).
