Job Overview
Role: HR Consultant & Project Manager – part of Customer Success team in Switzerland.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Language levels: German Native/C2, English C2, French a plus.
Responsibilities
Onboard and implement new customers in Switzerland (project management, implementation).
Manage complex deployments for SME and large accounts.
Ensure on‑time and on‑budget deployment as per contract.
Gather customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Adapt software to local Swiss context.
Train administrators for autonomous use.
Ensure Go‑live and follow‑up during initial weeks of use.
Demonstrate flexibility and agility in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Follow up Key Accounts: maintain client satisfaction, support level‑2 issues, conduct post‑implementation check‑ups, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Contribute to localisation and continuous improvement: participate in cross‑functional side projects, adapt offer for Swiss market, support pre‑sales to sales teams.
Qualifications
1 year of prior experience managing complex projects.
Willingness to be a key player in Swiss market growth.
Dynamic work environment with varied missions requiring versatility and organization.
Comfortable working with local businesses and key accounts (C‑Level).
Proficiency in German and English; French is a plus.
Clear and structured oral and written communication.
Taste for human contact and pedagogy.
Aptitude for solving practical and technical problems.
Sense of service with a taste for doing things well.
Proficiency in Salesforce is an asset.
Familiarity with web technologies and implementation is a plus (training provided if needed).
