Your contribution
In this challenging and important role, you will:
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Cavro components and assigned focus areas
2. Design and lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
3. Plan and execute product launch campaigns for the components division
4. Create and manage compelling multi-channel marketing content
5. Manage assigned marketing budgets and resources efficiently to ensure high-impact execution
6. Analyze campaign performance to identify insights and continuously improve results
7. Partner with regional commercial teams to align marketing and sales efforts
8. Lead, execute, and support local and global events related to the Partnering Business
9. Collaborate cross-functionally with LSB Marketing, Brand, Internal Communications, and regional teams
Your background

10. University degree (BA or MA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
11. Proven experience in international B2B marketing, ideally in life sciences or technology
12. Excellent English skills; German or other languages are a plus
13. Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
14. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, C4C) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
15. Strong communication and storytelling skills
16. Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing
17. Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
18. Adaptability and ability to manage change
19. Customer-centric mindset
20. Skilled in project and budget management
