You will lead a strategic Business Unit covering the entire canton of Valais (maintenance, repair and modernization of facilities). Your mission is to guarantee impeccable operational excellence and drive commercial growth in a demanding local market.
Your keys to success:
* Strategy & Growth: You identify opportunities for modernization and new contracts. You are the face of the company to real estate decision-makers and architects in Valais.
* Leadership: You will manage a team of 30 employees (managers and technicians). Your role is to instill a culture of performance, customer service, and safety.
* Management: You manage your P&L (Profit and Loss). You transform technical challenges into levers for profitability and customer loyalty.
* Career progression: This position is designed as a springboard. The successful candidate will be prepared to succeed the Regional Director in the medium term.

We are looking for a hybrid profile, capable of navigating between commercial strategy and operational management.
