Tasks

* Manage smaller property accounting independently, including reconciliations.
* Assist with larger property accounting shared among the team.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.


Skills

* Commercial education completed, with at least 3 years in accounting.
* Fluent in written and spoken German; other languages a plus.
* Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style.


Company Overview

Privera is the integral real estate service provider where customers and partners receive everything along the lifecycle of their property from a single source. This also includes the professional management of property accounting. As a numbers expert, you will independently manage various property accounting records in collaboration with the property management team and thus make a significant contribution to achieving our goals.


Your tasks in detail

* Independent management of smaller property accounting records, including reconciliation and accrual tasks.
* Assistance with a larger property accounting record, which is divided among the whole team.
* Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Support with accounting tasks related to mandate access and departures.
* Preparation of customer‑specific reports.
* Handling email correspondence with the property management team, heating/ancillary costs team, and debt collection team.


Your profile

* Completed commercial basic training.
* Further training as an accounting clerk (edupool) or equivalent qualification.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting.
* Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; foreign languages are an advantage.
* Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style.
* You contribute to an open and respectful team culture.
