Responsibilities
1. Enhance data accessibility and interoperability using FAIR principles
2. Analyze and optimize digital workflows across scientific and lab environments
3. Streamline and maintain data pipelines for improved usability and performance
4. Lead product development and rollout of digital solutions
5. Conduct user training and manage change initiatives across teams
6. Document workflows and ensure consistent system usage
7. Act as liaison between IT, business units, and end-users
8. Report progress and insights to leadership and stakeholders
Profile
9. Master’s degree in a scientific, engineering, bioinformatics, or data science discipline
10. Proven experience in business analysis and digital workflow optimization
11. Strong understanding of FAIR data principles and process analysis
12. Familiarity with lab data systems such as SLIMS, LIMS, and eLN
13. Experience in scientific or laboratory environments
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
15. Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
16. Fluent in English; German and French advantageous
