Key Responsibilities
Ensure dedicated coordination to identify and manage impacts on Market and Treasury Risk (MTR) linked to the bank‑wide transformation programme.
Take end‑to‑end ownership of all MTR impacts across applications, EUCs, data, and controls.
Act as the primary liaison between MTR, ROC teams, and supporting technology groups, coordinating requirements and managing cross‑stream dependencies for all MTR‑related changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
In‑depth understanding of Market and Treasury Risk processes, including associated control requirements and regulatory drivers.
Hands‑on experience working with risk data, risk systems (e.g. Murex, Calypso), and downstream control environments covering both operational workflows and underlying infrastructure components.
A dynamic, self‑starter attitude with a focus on ownership, accountability, and tangible delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting complex data flows, system interfaces, and enterprise‑level process impacts.
Proactivity in identifying potential gaps, inconsistencies, inefficiencies, or emerging risks — and taking initiative to address them.
Proficiency with modern Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and similar platforms used to manage backlogs, track progress, and document solutions.
Proven ability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent specifications, identify and manage dependencies across teams, and drive coordinated end‑to‑end testing efforts.
Demonstrated success collaborating effectively with highly skilled technical and functional specialists.
