Job Description
We are looking for a Laboratory technician sensor technology to join a dynamic team working on experimental testing and measurement campaigns. The role involves preparing test devices, executing experiments, analyzing data, and validating results in a structured and reliable manner.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy working in a lab environment and want to apply their technical skills to real-world measurement and testing projects.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and set up test devices for experimental campaigns
* Conduct measurement campaigns and ensure accurate data acquisition
* Validate and analyze experimental data
* Assess measurement uncertainty and ensure data reliability
* Collaborate with team members to improve lab procedures and testing processes
* Hands-on work in a laboratory environment
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar
* 3-4 years of experience in experimental design, measurement campaigns, and test device handling
* Experience with data validation and analysis
* Proficiency in Matlab (1-3 years)
* Proficiency in Python (1-3 years)
* Experience with LabVIEW is a plus but not required
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
* Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work style
* Ultrasonic measurement experience is a bonus
