POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Administrator provides leadership and oversight for a range of administrative and operational functions of the CSJ Congregation offices, departments, services and properties in support of the CSJ Mission. The Executive Administrator will function as a liaison between CSJ Leadership Team and CSJ department directors and coordinators both on and off the CSJ campus. The Executive Administrator will ensure that the CSJ mission and values are evident throughout all CSJ departments and services. The Executive Administrator understands and promotes the charism and mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph, to unite neighbor with neighbor and neighbor with God.

EXPERIENCE:
Master's degrees (MS/MBA or equivalent) are required.
At least five years of experience working in a religious institute or non-profit organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven leadership experience in mission-based organization.
Demonstrated success in leading business management processes including organizational level change.
Understanding of Catholic Social Teaching.
Experience working collaboratively and fostering a collaborative work style.
Experience in creating and maintaining effective working relationships with a broad range of constituencies.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiar with accounting software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Functional Operations and Team Leadership:
Including, but not limited to, the following:
Oversee and manage policies that promote the organization's effectiveness, culture, and vision.
Oversee daily operations of the organization and the work of functional managers.
Develop comprehensive plans for organizational performance and for individual growth and accountability.
Prepare and submit reports to the President and Leadership Team in all matters of importance.
Monitor and evaluate organizational performance by collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and reporting data to the Leadership Team.
Model leadership behavior that engages employees and encourages maximum performance and dedication.
Oversee the Congregation's performance evaluation and management system.
Manage, as appropriate and as assigned, relationships with key business partners and suppliers.
May be assigned oversight for other areas such as fleet management, property management, logistics for activities and events, and other areas as necessary and appropriate to the efficient and effective operation of the Congregation.
