As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.
You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan and implement plant modifications, new installations, extensions, and upgrades in the field of electrical engineering and control systems.
* Develop technical concepts, clarify requirements, and support supplier evaluation and selection.
* Perform independent engineering and detailed planning of high- and low-voltage electrical installations.
* Coordinate and align technical interfaces with suppliers and project management.
* Review supplier documentation such as signal flow diagrams (SLP) and functional diagrams (FUP).
* Update and maintain technical and interface documentation as well as existing plant documentation.
* Prepare component data for entry into the technical database and compile final project documentation.
* Provide technical support to project management during project execution.
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further education as an electrical engineer (HF/FH/ETH) or equivalent qualification.
* Several years of experience in detailed engineering of high-availability power plant or industrial systems.
* Strong knowledge in electrical engineering (high current) or measurement, control, and regulation technology (analog and digital).
* Experience with CAD-based electrical planning tools (e.g., EPLAN).
* Knowledge of automation systems such as Siemens S7, ABB AC800, or Framatome TELEPERM XS is an advantage.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
