Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

Main Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Foster deep connections with existing key customers, create new ones, and achieve efficient levels of customer intimacy to support business growth and financial objectives.
* Business Development: Collaborate with Sales, Global Account Directors, and Solution Management on business opportunities, acting as a link between the customer and internal delivery/production teams.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans, manage an ongoing pipeline of revenue and activity for the account manager's portfolios.
* Sales Growth Strategies: Develop and implement sales and account growth strategies for named key accounts in cooperation with the HoAM, positioning all solutions and services with help from product specialists.
* Target Achievement: Execute targets and KPIs of your accounts (in close cooperation with HoAM), working together with production teams to create growth in accounts and maximize customer lifetime value.
* Account Forecasting: Forecast account sales and monitor the account pipeline in Salesforce.
* Customer Visits: Regularly visit clients on-site (quarterly/half-yearly) to represent the organization and identify further account expansion opportunities.

Requirements:
* Experience: Min. 2-3 years sales experience in a quota-carrying role within the language service industry.
* Track Record: Proven track record of handling a 7-figure account portfolio with solid demonstrable quota achievement.
* Linguistic Proficiency: Business proficiency in German or Swiss German.
* Location: Based in Switzerland (Remote work).
* Autonomy: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
