On behalf of a precision mechanics and micromechanics company based in Geneva, we are looking for a Manager to lead and develop a high value-added CNC machining sector. In a demanding technical environment focused on quality and precision, you will play a key role in the technical and human management of CNC/micromechanics machining. Responsibilities include supervising and optimizing a CNC machining sector, ensuring adherence to production schedules while considering priorities and technical constraints, providing technical support for the definition, implementation and monitoring of machining processes, acting as a technical interface with clients and suppliers, initiating and driving continuous improvement projects (process, performance), ensuring regular reporting to production management, and uniting teams around common objectives with a focus on quality and technical performance. Required qualifications: - A background in micromechanics, machining, or production engineering (CFC, ES, or equivalent) - A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a CNC machining sector, in precision mechanics and/or micromechanics - Excellent knowledge of CNC machines - Proficient with tools such as GO2cam X - Experience with electrical discharge machining (EDM) - Good knowledge of SolidWorks - Strong field sense, leadership, and ability to mobilize teams - Excellent reactivity and decision-making skills in a demanding environment Does your profile match?
