Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and shape Swatch's global social media strategy, aligning it with the brand's digital marketing goals and long-term vision.
Manage and mentor the social media team, fostering creativity, agility, and collaboration.
Oversee Swatch's organic presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, WeChat, Weibo, and more.
Plan and maintain a global social media editorial calendar, coordinating cross-functional inputs for impactful storytelling.
Create and lead global campaign concepts and activations to engage communities and enhance brand visibility.
Define and maintain Swatch's tone of voice across all social media touchpoints for consistency and brand alignment.
Supervise daily operations such as content sourcing, approvals, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Manage relationships with external agencies and social media partners, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
Monitor online conversations using social listening tools to identify trends, feedback, and opportunities.
Oversee the social media budget, including planning, reporting, and resource allocation.
Lead and supervise a team of 3 professionals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, including strategic and creative roles.
2+ years of leadership experience, successfully managing and developing teams.
Strong creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills.
Deep understanding of the social media landscape, platforms, tools, and trends.
Experience with social media management and listening tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch.
Hands-on, agile mindset capable of shifting between strategy and execution.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and either German and/or French.
