Sales Representative 50%A key player in the Nord-Vaudois region in the field of renewable and sustainable thermal energy, Y-CAD SA aims to study, construct, and manage networks for the distribution and production of thermal energy (particularly district heating or cooling) in the city of Yverdon-les-Bains and the surrounding areas. To support the development of our activities in a promising and rapidly growing market, we are looking for a 50% SALES REPRESENTATIVE.Your main tasks and responsibilities will include reporting to the Head of Sales. You will be part of a small team of specialists dedicated to the development of energy products and their promotion. Your role will consist of organizing, coordinating, and processing the necessary tasks for the commercial development of the entity. In addition to making appointments, you will actively participate in updating files and ensuring follow-up. You will manage telephone calls and respond professionally to client inquiries. Furthermore, you will undertake tasks related to commercial activities in the B2B sector, particularly with the real estate sector, the establishment of offers, and follow-ups.Your profile:You hold a commercial CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) and have at least 5 years of successful sales experience in companies related to energy and/or real estate environments. You are a personable individual with excellent listening skills, proactive, and customer-oriented. You are dynamic, persevering, and resilient to stress; your motivation and commitment are the keys to your success. You are organized, have a sense of priorities, and can work on several projects simultaneously. You enjoy teamwork but also know how to work independently. You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of English.
