To support this transformation, we are seeking an accomplished finance professional with proven experience in dynamic environments and the ability to design and implement effective structures. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers a rare opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact. Responsibilities
* Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the global treasury function.
* Development and implementation of the treasury strategy including optimization of liquidity, capital structure and financing costs.
* Management of financing partners, credit facilities, loan agreements and related covenant monitoring
* Control of global cash management, including liquidity planning, cash pooling and short-term liquidity management.
* Strategic working capital management in close collaboration with business units, including optimization of payment terms, supply chain finance and factoring solutions.
* Treasury governance, policy framework and KPI monitoring, including regular reporting to the Executive Board.
* Ensuring treasury compliance in accordance with internal guidelines as well as regulatory and accounting requirements (US GAAP, local standards).
* Introduction and optimization of treasury management systems, automation of processes and leveraging new technologies.
* Management and further development of the global treasury team.
* Close co-operation with CFO, Accounting, Tax, FP&A and external partners (banks, consultants, auditors).

Qualifications
* At least 5 years experience in an international treasury environment, including several years in a managerial role.
* In-depth knowledge of cash and liquidity management, foreign currency and interest rate management, financing and risk management.
* Experience in setting up and optimizing global treasury processes, including cash pooling, netting, payment transactions and internal financing.
* Confident handling of treasury management systems (TMS) and common ERP systems (e.g. JD Edwards), high IT affinity.
* Very good knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, local GAAPs) with regard to treasury-relevant issues.
* Degree in economics from a recognized university or business school.
* Relevant additional qualifications in treasury, finance or risk management are an advantage.
