We are expanding our global presence and are seeking a dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our international sales strategy and execution. We are expanding our European market presence and seeking a visionary Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to architect and lead our international sales strategy and redefining how high-net-worth individuals and institutions access exclusive opportunities in one of the world’s fastest-growing luxury markets.
About the Role
As CSO, you will oversee the entire sales function—building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing sales organization that drives investor confidence and revenue growth. You will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to position Onivius as the premier partner for luxury investment opportunities. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the European & international sales function of a fast-growing firm with global ambitions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the global sales strategy to expand market share and revenue.
Lead, inspire, and manage a growing international sales team with a culture of excellence.
Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and investment firms.
Collaborate with marketing, legal and operations to ensure alignment of messaging and investor experience.
Identify and open new markets, channels, and strategic partnerships across Europe and beyond.
Represent Onivius at international conferences, events, and investor meetings.
Requirements Languages: English, French and Spanish required; Italian is a plus.
Residency: Must be based in Switzerland.
Proven track record in international real estate, financial services, or luxury investment sales.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to scale and systemize a sales organization.
Exceptional negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
