Sales Support Position Overview
* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and Account Owners, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
2. Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and tender responses.
3. Manage SFDC data, including uploading pre/post-sales information and supporting CRM compliance.
4. Proactively engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
* Fluent in English and French.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
