Your challenge
We are looking for a motivated team member (f/m/d) for our agile product team with a flair for quality and lean processes.
Responsibilities
* Being an active and engaged member of our empowered payment developer team
* Participating in agile team events and fostering open, constructive communication
* Progressing your career towards development and Avaloq parametrization
* Supporting solution design and analysis (e.g., concepts, backlog refinement)
* Analyzing and implementing customer requirements in Avaloq for payments, including settlement and cash reconciliation (programming, integration, testing, rollout)
* Ensuring delivery quality through shift-left, DevOps and close collaboration with the QA team
* Creating and maintaining in-house developments and interfaces
* Operating instant payment as a container solution
* Maintaining high customer satisfaction through continuous feedback and product adaptation
Your profile
* Proven Avaloq parametrization experience in payments or securities or a strong background in business analysis in payments or securities, with the ambition to become an Avaloq Developer
* Strong customer orientation, with the ability to understand and translate customer needs into effective solutions (analytical and solution-oriented mindset)
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban); SAFe certification is an advantage
* Systematic, structured and independent working style
* Resilient personality, showing initiative and effective implementation skills
* Excellent communication skills, openness, and a collaborative team spirit
* Willingness to take ownership and drive personal growth
* Fluent in English or German, with at least conversational ability in the other language
