In the context of the retirement of the position holder, the Territory Service is looking for a: Head of the Construction Pole at 80%-100%.Your main missionsThe head of the construction pole and team management within the Territory Service is part of the SDT's missions, including:- Ensuring the technical, regulatory, and legal processing of files related to construction policing, from preliminary projects to the issuance of occupancy permits.- Actively coordinating the municipal services involved and promoting cross-functional collaboration in the implementation of quality projects within the municipality.- Supporting and advising the construction management.Your profile- University or higher education institution degree in architecture, engineering, or related fields.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in one of the aforementioned areas.- Confirmed experience in managing a team.- Experience in monitoring and controlling projects.- Experience in issuing building permits.- Good mastery of tools (Office) and (Autocad, System X - SIT).- Clean criminal record.Start date: July 1.
