We are seeking a skilled legal professional to provide expert advice on HR policies, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and internal dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and administrative litigation, with experience handling cases before the ILOAT or UNAT.
This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure institutional compliance and support risk management related to employment law.
* Provide legal guidance on HR matters
* Support the HR litigation Team on cases before the ILOAT or UNAT
* Advise on interpretation and application of internal rules and employment frameworks
* Draft and review employment contracts, separation agreements, and HR-related policies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure institutional compliance
* Support risk management related to employment law and internal investigations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualified Lawyer with a minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience
* Experience in an international organization or law firm advising on employment law and administrative litigation
* Mandatory experience handling cases before the ILOAT or UNAT
* Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset
