Working model: Hybrid for Chiasso
Team: You will join the Accommodation Supply Engineering team within the Technology department.

Location: Spain, Portugal and Chiasso
Contract: Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)

What your impact will be
* Design, write, and test high-quality software using practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID Principles
* Create resilient, secure, and performant applications able to serve millions of requests per day
* Define the best technical solution and infrastructure for new features with architects, focusing on CI/CD
* Be responsible for the quality of the delivery
* Be responsible for performance, reliability, and scalability
* Use technical expertise to proactively solve complex issues, aligning with business needs
* Contribute to the team’s technical growth by sharing knowledge
* Influence and guide engineers across the product engineering department
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders from multiple teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Qualifications
Your expertise
* Essential
* Strong experience as a Software Engineer in OO/FP languages, preferably JVM (Java or Kotlin)
* Experience with Clean Code, SOLID principles and an Agile mindset
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
* Ability to understand business requirements
* Positive and collaborative attitude
* Growth mindset
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Desirable
* Experience in startup or product company environments
* Proven track record with Microservices and Kubernetes
* Working knowledge of AWS
* Expertise with Messaging Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
* Familiarity with XP practices
