7 For All Mankind is looking for a eCommerce & Marketplace Merchandising Coordinator - Maternity Cover to join our eCommerce team on a 6-month maternity cover.
In this role, you will develop the online merchandising strategy across our digital channels, with the goal of optimizing product presentation, driving conversion, and maximizing online sales performance. You will work closely with our US eCommerce team, as well as marketing, planning, buying, and creative teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
What you will do
* Own and manage the end-to-end online merchandising strategy across our websites
* Oversee newsletter content in alignment with marketing and buying teams, ensuring consistency with brand and commercial strategy
* Monitor daily sales performance, stock levels, and conversion metrics to inform trading decisions
* Ensure accurate execution of launches, promotions, and campaigns across the online stores
* Lead the implementation of cross-sell, up-sell, and product recommendation strategies
* Oversee on-site content including homepage updates, landing pages, banners, and promotional assets
* Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver compelling storytelling and brand consistency
* Support the creation and testing of seasonal product catalogues, category architecture, and product visibility
* Create and upload seasonal eMarketplace catalogues and manage SEO metadata
* Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations
* Support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and user experience
What you will bring
* 5+ years of experience in online merchandising, eCommerce trading, or digital product management
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
* Hands‑on experience with eCommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, BI dashboards)
* Proficiency with Shopify Plus (Bloomreach is a plus)
* Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
* A proactive, creative problem‑solver attitude
* Fluency in English;
