Job Description
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering various projects of the People Management programme.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR project management, with experience in managing international and multicultural teams. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Main Responsibilities
1. Apply project management methodologies to ensure optimal delivery and outcomes.
2. Ensure the deployment of prescribed project management techniques, tools, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Continuously monitor project performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on large-scale organizational change efforts, and contribute to the IOC's mission of building a better world through sport.
Requirements for the Role
1. Recognized experience in HR project management and/or HR Talent management in an international and multicultural company.
2. Familiarity with IT project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
3. English and French fluency.
4. Excellent command of corporate tools and ability to follow internal user rules.
5. Good knowledge of SmartSheet.
6. Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors.
7. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
8. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
