We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the team of a watch and accessories store in Biel/Bienne.
As Store Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the store's success by leading a high‑performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a retail team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
* Ensure compliance with all company standards, brand guidelines, and operational procedures
* Manage staff scheduling, time tracking, and absence monitoring
* Handle daily reporting and communication with relevant stakeholders
* Oversee inventory management, including receiving shipments, stock control, and quality checks
* Participate in recruitment and training of new team members
* Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of our product collections
* Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
* Perform administrative duties and ensure store presentation meets high standards
Required Qualifications
* Bilingual in French and German or French and English
* Minimum 5 years of retail experience
* Background preferably in watchmaking, jewelry, or accessories
* Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends (store operates 7 days/week)
