As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in developing our presence in the Life Sciences sector. You will build strong relationships with industrial partners, identify engineering needs, and collaborate with our consultants to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Your responsibilities:
With a strong entrepreneurial and client-oriented mindset, you will:
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Life Sciences sector.
* Identify new business opportunities and promote agap2’s engineering services.
* Understand client needs and translate them into engineering project opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical solutions adapted to client requirements.
You will mainly contribute to three key areas:
Business Development
* Identify and approach potential clients in the Life Sciences sector (including cold‑calling).
* Conduct meetings with decision makers to understand their technical and project needs.
* Promote agap2’s engineering consulting services.
* Participate in negotiations with clients regarding project scope and collaboration.
Talent Acquisition
* Support the identification and recruitment of engineering consultants.
* Participate in interviews and technical assessments.
* Contribute to the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
* Work closely with consultants involved in client projects.
* Ensure strong communication between clients and consultants.
* Contribute to maintaining high levels of client and consultant satisfaction.
Your profile:
* French: C1 level (required)
* Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
* 0–3 years of professional experience.
* Strong interest in sales, engineering, and business development.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
