Allwyn is looking for a
Global CSR Manager
to ensure CSR initiatives are identified, planned, and evaluated based on credible, impact-oriented ESG criteria.
The role will drive the development, implementation, and evaluation of impactful CSR initiatives across Allwyn Group. You will ensure our CSR programs are grounded in ESG best practices, delivering measurable outcomes that satisfy both business and societal goals.
What will you do:
Strategy
* Contribute to the development of CSR strategy by embedding ESG principles and thought leadership.
* Assess emerging ESG trends, risks, and opportunities to inform Allwyn's CSR approach.
* Identify partnerships and programs that meet compliance requirements and stakeholder expectations for impact.
* Support integration of Responsible Gaming priorities into CSR frameworks and reporting.
Implementation
* Lead ESG-focused workstreams within CSR initiatives, ensuring projects are structured for measurable impact.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design CSR programs with clear objectives and evaluation criteria.
* Develop global CSR toolkits, guidelines, and training materials for local markets.
* Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and agencies on ESG and CSR performance reviews.
* Work with communications teams to provide credible ESG data for inclusion in
* public-facing content.
Stakeholder Management
* Serve as the main point of contact for CSR topics with internal governance, compliance, and legal teams.
* Build strong relationships with local market CSR and sustainability leads to ensure consistent ESG reporting globally.
* Engage senior leadership with transparent reporting on CSR progress, risks, and opportunities.
* Work closely with the fellow CSR Manager to align compliance-driven and brand-driven CSR activities.
* Represent Allwyn in ESG-focused industry forums and stakeholder consultations where appropriate.
Operations (Budget, KPIs, Governance)
* Define and maintain KPIs for CSR impact, ESG performance, and reporting accuracy.
* Lead preparation of CSR and ESG disclosures for internal and external reporting, including annual reports and regulatory submissions.
* Ensure compliance with ESG-related laws, regulations, and voluntary standards across all markets.
* Maintain robust data governance and audit processes for CSR and ESG measurement.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future CSR investments and initiatives.
What do you need to succeed:
* Ideally 10+ years of experience managing complex CSR/ESG programs in global organizations
* Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards (e.g. Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and regulatory requirements
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
* Proven ability to manage data analysis, reporting, and audit processes
* Strategic, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving impact
* Fluent English; additional languages a plus
* Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments

This position will be based in Lucerne; however, occasional travel will be required (mostly within Europe).
