This role offers an opportunity to lead end-to-end e-commerce implementation projects within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of complex digital commerce initiatives while maintaining strong alignment between clients, internal teams, and offshore development resources. Working in a fully remote and globally distributed setup, you will oversee project execution across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The position requires a strong balance of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline. You will act as the key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and high-quality outcomes. Accountabilities:
Lead end-to-end e-commerce implementation projects using adapted Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives with offshore teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and internal delivery teams
Oversee project documentation, reporting, and tracking using tools such as Jira and other PM systems
Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure successful delivery
Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
