JOB PURPOSE
This position is a temporary replacement for a period of 6 months, created to support the Marketing team within the Travel Retail & Swiss Market department, with an intended start date of June 1st.
The role will support our Travel Retail business for Fashion Brands (BOSS, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Lacoste and COACH) as well as Swiss Brands (Movado, EBEL).
You will be responsible for supporting Travel Retail activities across EMEIA, APAC, LATAM and Americas, and across multiple distribution channels (airport locations, cruise ships, airlines).
Your main role will be to provide marketing and administrative support to the department by coordinating marketing activities, producing and updating marketing tools, supporting internal and external communication, and assisting clients.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLES
* Develop and implement Travel Retail marketing plan (ex: seasonal animations, special promotions / pop-up, etc.) in collaboration with customers and the sales team
* Collaborate closely with our different brands on seasonal marketing activities while sharing and gathering information
* Lead projects with brands and external suppliers (photographer, graphic designer, printer, etc.) on the development of special Travel Retail marketing tools and visuals (project briefing, price negotiation, etc.)
* Produce and update sales and marketing assets (retailer catalogues, airlines presentation, etc.)
* Adapt advertising layouts and create new graphic assets for special projects (ex: VM Guidelines, special in-store animation, event invitation)
* Coordinate in-store visual merchandising and production of special furniture (backwalls, counters) for SIS implementation
* Manage inflight magazines with airlines partners (provide advertising visuals and product information, approve layouts) while ensuring proper brands' image
* Coordinate e-commerce activities on retailer's websites (uploading product information, pictures, etc.)
* Manage Travel Retail global communication (newsletters) and SharePoint (upload of new documents, etc.)
* Manage PR communication with Travel Retail players (ex : Moodie Davitt Report)
* Plan and organize Travel Retail events (ex: commercial fairs)
* Manage PO/invoice process (opening of new vendors, payment of invoices, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education required:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Marketing
* Graphic design diploma could be considered
Experience required:
* 3-5 years in a similar position
* External Knowledge needed for the job:
* Proficient in English, French is a plus
* Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of SAP would be a plus)
* Good knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus
