Your responsibilities:
* Manufacturing concepts: Development and implementation of manufacturing concepts for specific customer projects in close collaboration with the R&D and process development departments.
* Tooling: Development of fixtures and equipment in direct cooperation with the tooling design team.
* Process definition: Defining process descriptions as a team, while strictly adhering to the necessary quality standards.
* Documentation: Independent creation of precise measurement protocols and work instructions.
* Prototyping (Hands-on): Independently conduct assembly trials with the very first prototypes.
* Production Support: Actively support production staff in their daily work during assembly processes.
Your Profile – This job is perfect for you if you...
* have successfully completed basic technical training in mechanical engineering.
* preferably have further education as an engineer (FH) or technician (HF).
* already have solid professional experience in a manufacturing environment (production/assembly).
* enjoy a varied mix of hands-on work at the workbench and administrative tasks in the office.
* can communicate very well in German (both spoken and written) and have English skills at least at B2 level.
* are a flexible, curious, and precise individual who enjoys working in a team.
