Business Intern with focus on Asian Markets

We’re on a mission to power the future of IoT electronics with high-performance, customizable battery solutions. As we expand our team, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Intern focused on the Asian markets, especially China. Responsibilities
As part of BTRY’s commercial team you will work closely with the Commercial Manager as well as the CEO to support our international growth.
* Identify, research, and qualify potential customers and partners in China and other key markets.
* Support outreach, communication, and relationship building with leads — Mandarin is a strong advantage for this.
* Assist in preparing materials for customer meetings, distributors, and strategic partners.
* Support the planning and coordination of BTRY’s presence at fairs and conferences in Asia and globally.
* Help maintain CRM pipelines, track interactions, and support business development reporting.
* Contribute to market research on competitors, applications, and regulatory requirements in Asia.
Your Profile
* Strong interest in technology and deep-tech innovation.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
* Strong writing and communication skills in English (mandatory). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
* Confident using LinkedIn, website CMS tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and willingness to learn.
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Formalities
* Title: Business Intern with focus on Asian Markets
* Job type: Full-time internship (CHF 2000 per month)
* Workload: 100% for 6–12 months
* Start date: As soon as possible
* Location: Dübendorf (on-site with some remote flexibility)
