Overview
We are supporting a MedTech manufacturing site in Switzerland where quality decisions directly impact patient safety and treatment outcomes .
As Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will play a key leadership role on the shop floor, ensuring that products released every day meet the highest standards of safety, compliance and reliability.
Your mission
Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO 13485) at site level
Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements
Act as a quality partner to manufacturing and engineering teams
Drive a strong LEAN quality culture
Your responsibilities
Manage and improve the site Quality Management System (ISO 13485)
Lead audits (internal, customer and regulatory)
Drive non-conformities, CAPA, change control and quality reviews
Lead and develop the site quality team
Interface with manufacturing, engineering and group quality functions
Support continuous improvement initiatives and risk management activities
Your profile
Scientific or engineering degree
8–10 years of experience in manufacturing quality (MedTech preferred)
Strong hands-on knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulated environments
Lean Agile mindset
Proven experience leading or coordinating quality teams
Comfortable in audits and shop-floor decision making
Fluent French, professional English
Pragmatic, structured and patient-safety driven mindset
