Tasks
Administration and management of the IT server and network infrastructure, including monitoring, security, backup, and long‑term architecture planning.
Continuous optimisation and further development of existing IT systems and processes.
Independent handling of second‑level support requests and coordination with external suppliers and partners.
Planning, implementation, and documentation of IT projects.
Preparation and maintenance of operational documentation.
Occasional on‑site assignments at company group locations.
Requirements
Training or further education as an IT specialist.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
Knowledge of current IT infrastructure trends and security standards, including SIEM and GVA security baseline.
Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with OT environments (plus).
Customer‑ and service‑oriented thinking and teamwork skills.
German spoken and written; good English skills.
Employment: 80-100% (full‑time)
