About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Audit Manager
for a
6-month project
to plan, coordinate, and document customer audits on site in Visp. You will be the key contact for clients during audits, ensuring a smooth, professional process from scheduling to final documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and manage customer audits in collaboration with project teams.
* Liaise with customers to confirm audit dates and agendas.
* Arrange required infrastructure (meeting rooms, plant tours, documentation access).
* Present the site's quality systems to customers.
* Coordinate subject matter experts and required documentation.
* Document audits in TrackWise and track follow-up actions.
* Ensure timely responses to audit observations.
Requirements
* Proven auditing experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of cGMP regulations.
* General knowledge of manufacturing processes and analytical methods.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
* Fluent English; German is an advantage.
* Professional presentation and strong customer service skills.
